You can lean into a more colorful concert look.
You can keep it minimalist and classic, but add a pop of color.
You can go all black, for that ultimate sophisticated timeless vibe.
You can even add some glitz and sparkle.
But if you’d like to wear an elevated jeans outfit, I have the perfect look for you.

Chic Black & White Summer Concert Outfits
For the minimalist classic look, I was thinking black and white chic.
You can swap the colors, depending on whether you prefer wearing white or black on top.

For the accessories, you can mix your favorite metal color – gold or silver, and then add a little pop of color for that playful touch.
For comfort, you can swap the heels for flats; and viceversa, if you’d rather wear heels. That simple swap immediately elevates the look.
Summer Concert Skirts, Colorful Yet Sophisticated
Do you have a glitzy, embellished, sparkly skirt you want to style for your Summer concert, but don’t know how?
Of course, you could add a classic top, like black or white and match the accessories for a classic look.
But if you’re thinking fun and colorful, all you have to do is to pair it with pastels.
I also have a wonderful tip that will help you keep it chic but not overly dressy: pair that sparkly skirt with one of your Italian-style button up shirts.
Above, I showed you how you can do this both with a white shirt and a classic blue. The same can apply to other colors, as long as they go with the skirt. They don’t have to match, they just have to pair nicely, or contrast beautifully.
When in Doubt, Go All Black
If your event is a little dressier, or maybe you can sense the chic vibe, all black can be dressed up or down easily.
Shorts are a perfect way to dress for an outdoor summer concert. Of course, we’re talking about evening summer concerts, or late afternoon ones. The shoes and accessories you chose can completely move your look from casual chic to evening. The same holds for the fit and fabrics you choose.
Black and sheer is already elevated and refined, but you can make it feel fun by simply adding some color.
I have given you three outfit ideas that fit the same aesthetic but feel different:
- the first is classic, yet pretty; it can be dressed down by swapping the heels for flats.
- the second is the most dressy, but also feels a little edgy; perhaps, swap the bag for a more modern minimalist choice.
- the final one is the most casual, but certainly not simple!

For those of you who are set on wearing jeans, I’d like to show you two completely different looks. One is colorful and modern. The other feels a little more serious and mature.

- What’s the situation? Will I be standing all the time, or do we have seats?
- Is it going to be hot, or pleasant weather? Perhaps, the event is inside.
- Do I want to go casual chic or fully dressy?
- Do I want a little color, a lot, or none at all?
Most importantly, you need to factor in your personal style. How can you take that and make it Summer concert chic?
You can choose one or a mix of these, but make sure they feel authentic to you, so you’re comfortable and feeling gorgeously yourself.
